Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy

They explore the natural world through citizen science, including bird counts, butterfly monitoring, and stream health assessments. Their work is made possible by dedicated volunteers and part-time staff working together to study and protect local wildlife.
Willing Warriors
Willing Warriors provides cost-free retreats and programs for wounded, ill, and injured service members, disabled veterans, and their families. Warriors and families can relax together away from the hospital environment, participating in over 40 educational and recreational activities including PTS/TBI support seminars. These retreats help Warriors and families feel refreshed and inspired as they rebuild their lives.
Women Giving Back
Women Giving Back supports women and children in crisis by providing quality clothing at no cost as their first step toward stability, with help from a caring and committed community. The foundation of everything they do is to ensure women and children receive the basics in life. Finding the perfect outfit for a job interview, starting fresh with a new look, or fitting in with peers can increase a woman or child’s self-esteem, leading to fortified resilience in progressing forward.
Northern Virginia Bird Alliance
The Northern Virginia Bird Alliance engages Northern Virginia communities in enjoying, conserving, and restoring nature for the benefit of birds, wildlife, and people. Through educational programs, citizen science, and advocacy initiatives, they work toward their vision: a world where people, wildlife, and their habitats thrive.
