Andrea M Hernandez comes to Yield from Rockville, Maryland. With nearly nineteen years of accounting experience, Andrea has spent most of her career in the non-profit sector as she believes that advocacy and education are key for successful non-profits and that charity starts at home. Ms. Hernandez spent eight years in public CPA accounting firms and during that tenure traveled extensively in Latin America and Europe on various financial engagements. Andrea is fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
