Graduating with a BS in Accounting and Finance from George Mason University in 1994, I embarked on an extensive 20-year journey in Corporate Accounting. My career in Northern Virginia was marked by a significant role at a cooperative, where I provided consolidated financial statements crucial for pivotal business decisions. Simultaneously, I catered to personal clients, nurturing my proficiency in bookkeeping which rapidly evolved into a thriving side business.

Recognizing the scarcity of reputable bookkeeping services in the region—where options were limited to part-time bookkeepers or CPAs with steep fees—I launched Yield Bookkeeping Services in the fall of 2013. My venture swiftly became the talk of the DC area, filling a much-needed niche and prompting a continual influx of client inquiries.

A decade of growth has seen Yield blossom, now boasting a dedicated team of 15 employees, serving over 200 clients, and consistently being honored as the Best Bookkeeper in Loudoun County for six consecutive years.
